SELLER OBLIGATIONS:

1. The seller, Hill Raising Ragdolls, provides a 72 hr limited health warranty that the above kitten is in good health and is free from any upper respiratory infections, FeLV, FIP, HCM and FIV at the time of purchase.

2. If the kitten dies within 2 yrs of the date purchased due to a congenital or hereditary defect, the Seller will replace the kitten with similar quality. No refunds. Buyer must provide a written necropsy from a certified veterinarian.

3. The seller will have completed 2 of the age-appropriate vaccines and worming. A copy of the kitten health record will be provided to you.

4. The Seller will provide the Buyer the kitten's TICA registration papers upon the proof from veterinarian documentation of above kitten has been spayed/neutered.

5. The Seller can deny kitten to buyer if not seen fit and if deposit was already given it will be refunded.

6. The Seller has the right, at their discretion, to cancel this contract at any time before delivery of the kitten. In this case, the full deposit will be returned to the Buyer.

BUYER OBLIGATIONS:

1. To validate the warranty, the Buyer must take the kitten to the veterinarian within 72 hrs, at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any claim under the warranty immediately.

2. The Buyer agrees to provide the kitten with a clean, pleasant environment, conducive to good health and with adequate space for exercise. 

3. The Buyer will provide the kitten with proper nutrition. We recommend Royal Canin dry kitten food. They also have Royal Canin for Ragdolls when they reach 1 year old. Fresh water daily.

4. The Buyer will provide the cat with proper veterinarian care and vaccines

5. The Buyer agrees the kitten will live indoors only and will not let the kitten/cat roam outdoors.

6. The Buyer will NOT declaw this kitten. This is a violation of this contract

For health reasons we are unable to take kittens back after they have left our home. If the buyer is unable to keep the kitten we will assist in finding a new home. 

​

Any breach of this contract shall result in a fine of $5000 to the seller Hill Raising Ragdolls

​

By signing below, the parties of the Buyer and Seller indicate that they have read and agree with all the above.
